Booking Travel has prepared some packages at special rates for the stay of the conference participants and accompanying persons in Buenos Aires. Available hotels, all within walking distance to the Conference Hotel, and services included in each package are listed below. Please contact the agency if you are interested in booking any of these packages. Payment of these packages must be made by a bank transfer to any of the accounts of the agency, listed in the registration page.

• Aspen Towers Hotel. Final prices, including 6 nights, breakfast, transfer from Airport the day of arrival, half-day city tour, and Tango dinner show: double room €428.00 per person; single room: €829.00
• Viasui Hotel. Final price including 6 nights and breakfast: double room €199.00 per person; single room: €339.00.

The half-day city tour is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 14:30 hours. The Tango dinner show will take place at Tango Porteño on Monday, October 26, after conference cocktail. In the case that these activities are not included in your package, they can be booked separately. The prices are US$ 85 for the Tango dinner show, and US$ 27 for the city tour. Also the conference cocktail and excursion day can be booked separately for accompanying persons (price: &euro 66 or US$ 92). As with the hotels, you can pay by a bank transfer to any of the accounts of the agency, listed in the registration page.
